"The best part about Audiogalaxy, though, was the community. As I've also heard other people mention, you really could find an amazing array of music on the satellite. I was exposed to incredible amounts of wonderful, independent music that I never would have heard of otherwise. It was unparalleled at providing rare and live music. There was almost never something I could not find. I bought a ridiculous number of CDs while I worked there, because I found out about music that I wouldn't have otherwise." Whole story, by an ex-Audiogalaxy employee, on kuro5hin.org, via chris.

More from them, bad site, good content (divine handwriting for example):

Artist: Lamb Video: Gabriel
Artist: Lamb Video: All In Your Hands (Live in Portugal)

This night is incredible. Some pics tomorrow.

Exactly, who goes into HMV and blows 17 quid on a CD
they have never heard of? Impulse buying on that
price scale is only for the hugely rich (and impulsive!).
Audiogalaxy is great for that kind of musical expansion.

By the way, i stumbled on this site by doing a search for
the words Romina Cohn.
Nice.

I still dont know much about this site so excuse me
if i've spoken out of turn.

Yep, Audiogalaxy was a way to hear of.

Thanks, always welcome. I also don't know much about what this site is going to be, trial & error thing.
Sorry, but further comments are disabled for this post.
